A Fortune 500 company in Silicon Valley needed an independent assessment of their Enterprise Risk Management framework and processes, organizational capabilities, and tools. Utilizing our Risk Maturity Assessment tool, the C-suite, Audit Committee Chair, and other stakeholders were interviewed to better understand their perspectives. In addition to interviews, surveys were conducted and key documents examined. Upon completion of the project, executive leadership was presented with a comprehensive assessment detailing their capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Detailed plans and action-items were tailored and implemented to meet the company’s needs while also managing the organizational change risks often associated with risk framework implementations. To further manage organizational success, continued training and coaching were provided to ensure the client implemented changes consistent with their lean, agile, and non-bureaucratic philosophy.
